Welcome to my little part of the ether. My name is Ashe and I am so glad you are here.
I am a deeply feeling and beautifully sensitive woman, highly attuned to people’s energy and that of nature, I have always been able to see, been able to sense what sits beneath the surface.
My work is led by the heart and shaped by intuition, grounded in a clear understanding of how transformative sound, vibration and frequency is. I hold intentional, supportive spaces where your nervous system can soften and you are gently welcomed home to yourself.
Informed by my background in nursing, sound therapy and holistic counselling, and shaped by my own lived experience of loss, grief, solo mama life and starting over again what I offer is both grounded, embodied and deeply human.
